New Web Site Launch "Gettin er Done at Home"

"Scott Binsack" has launched the web site to host his new home improvement show "Gettin er Done at Home." The show will be premiering this spring with an hour long premier and then half an hour episodes weekly. Join him as he shows you what other home improvement shows dare to show you. Market Street Kitchen and Dining Room Remodel & Restoration

This is an 1800's home in Central PA. The pass through where the columns are was all wall w small door 'Scott Binsack" removed and placed columns, all new wring and recessed lighting, plumbing etc.. The cabinets are original and were sanded down and sprayed by Scott with black satin lacquer with new solid Nickle hardware and shelve pins. Walls are a special  4 step stainless steel paint finish. The dining room has 10' ceilings with an 10" Fypon Crown with a custom finished 4 step pearl paint with glaze below the chair rail.  Scott did all the work no sub-contractors were used at all. It is time for a change at Mansions and Estates! With a grand reopening in June 2014. Over the next 12 months we will be reorganizing with a new one of a kind web site where clients can follow daily there project costs, expenses and live video up feed from the site and/or weekly photographs to virtually see there projects from anywhere in the world. Our new office will be located on Long Island, New York in the heart of the Hampton's. Where Mansions and Estates has built or remodeled many homes over the past 25 years.

We will be catering strictly to distinguished and elite clientele. Offering consulting, construction management and building and restoration services for ocean/water front homes. Including a division specializing in hurricane disaster relief and reconstruction. These services will be offered internationally and on a case by case basis. We select our clients based on a strict criteria.

Along with the above we will be featuring a new reality show called "Mansion Makers." This show has been in the works since 2007 and it is time to bring it to life. The show will bring you true hard-core residential construction. From planning stage, design stage to building phase. Bringing you the daily stresses and successes of building and remodeling, dealing with irate and/or picky clients, sub-contractors and suppliers. This is not a This Old House based show but that of the true on goings of residential construction. Viewer discretion will be advised. CEO/ Founder Scott Binsack will be hosting the show and you will follow him as he brings to life each project. The show will also feature other selected high-end residential homes and there interiors.

We will be accepting project submissions via architects, clients, builders and designers to be featured on the show. If interested please contact us on this site.
